A: Yes, due to the characteristics of LiFePO4 batteries, charging the battery below 0°C can potentially result in charging failure and damage to the battery cells. Therefore, the Battery  Management System (BMS) has been configured with low-temperature protection. If the temperature is lower than 0°, charging is not allowed, only discharging. When the temperature is lower than -20°, discharge is not allowed.
